Phase 1: Discovery & System Auditing
We begin with a comprehensive audit of your existing electrical infrastructure. This includes reviewing blueprints, tracing circuits, and performing load testing to understand your current power consumption patterns. We identify all critical loads and dependencies to create a detailed map of your system.
Phase 2: Logistical & Cutover Planning
This is the most critical phase. We develop a detailed Method of Procedure (MOP) that outlines every step of the upgrade. This plan includes scheduling work during low-impact, after-hours windows, arranging for temporary generators or bypass panels, and coordinating with all stakeholders, including your facility staff and NV Energy.
Phase 3: Phased & Controlled Execution
The upgrade is performed in carefully controlled phases according to the MOP. We utilize techniques like "hot cutovers" to move circuits from the old system to the new one with no interruption of power. Our licensed electricians work with precision and maintain constant communication with your on-site team.
Phase 4: Verification & Commissioning
After the new system is in place, we conduct rigorous testing to verify that all circuits are operating correctly and that redundant systems are functioning as designed. This includes load bank testing and failover tests of backup power systems. We provide full documentation and schematics for your new system upon completion.
